The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, optional phone number, country, system interest and project message. Technical anti-abuse records contain a hash of the originating IP address.
Purpose and access
HYT uses these details to evaluate your request and respond. Enquiries are stored on the website server and are available to authorized administrators. If configured, an email notification is sent to the project team.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are kept while the project is being followed up and according to the operator’s retention requirements. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
